At Connexion, we believe that our job is to grow leaders.  We want to see people move from unreached, unconnected to reached, connected, leaders.  We believe that happens best by life on life relationships.  The best way to see someone reach their God-given potential is to invest in them by taking them under your wing and training them to do what you do.  As a matter of fact, I am sharing a message this weekend on reproducing leaders, called “Two Deep.”
