Merry Christmas!

As we draw near to Christmas Day, I wanted to take the opportunity to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas.
Every year, we live in an ongoing tension to keep Jesus Christ the center of a increasingly commercialized holiday. So, my prayer for you and yours is, as you fix your eyes on Christ this Christmas, he will keep your gaze. May Jesus Christ be so great in your sights that he overshadows everything else with his great love.
More of Him – That is my hope and prayer for all of us this Christmas.
We have two opportunities to worship together at Austin Christian Fellowship | brushycreek between now and the end of 2019. We meet for our normal 10am gathering this Sunday (12/22) and then for “Christmas in Brushy Creek” On Christmas Eve at 4:30pm. All events are at the Twin Lakes YMCA. We do not worship together on Sunday, December 29. Worship with your family or with another church family. We will be back together on Sunday, 1/5!
