Ok, ok…I know that sounds a lot like a resolution. BUT, what I really want is a lifestyle change. I know I don’t take good care of my body. I am overweight, underslept, and under hydrated. I need to lose about 50 pounds and drink way more water than I do now. Everything and everyone
