EVERYTHING in my life will benefit if I watch less TV every week and do more of everything else in my life. I will exchange TV for more reading, more time spent with my kids, more time with my wife, more time being healthy. I am going to watch only a handful of TV shows

I’m not a bad dad. I love my kids. I like spending time with them, yet I often times exchange the important for the urgent. When my day is done I often want my kids to entertain themselves instead of me taking moments to teach them what they need to know about life and faith
