Today is my firstborn’s sixth birthday. I remember that day like it was yesterday. The feeling I had when I held her in my arms for the first time. A feeling rushed through me of all the ways I would help her become all God has placed inside her. I thought of all the experiences and moments that we would have with Abbie. I remember the tears streaming down my face as I fell in love with her from the moment I saw her for the first time.
